What is being launched?

Today, users are able to see mobile phone numbers for contacts within Atlas and also for the Convex Intelligence Engine (CIE). Prior to the summer release, Atlas only offered two types of phone numbers: HQ Numbers (typically the front desk line for local tenants) and Direct numbers (typically the direct desk line for a specific individual). With the summer release, users now have access to the contact’s mobile phone number.

 

How does this feature support the Commercial Services Platform for Revenue Acceleration?

The mobile number feature gives Atlas users even more direct access to prospects and helps sales teams intelligently pursue and engage with their most valuable targets.

 

Where does this data come from?

This data comes from leading, best in class data sources and is on par with the best quality data available in the market. The data is aggregated from a variety of sources, including information available online, in email signatures, and contributory contact databases, for example.


Do we have mobile numbers for all contacts?

We are adding mobile numbers for most Property Decision Makers. Property Decision Makers are the best contacts at properties for our commercial services customers and are identified by having titles like “Facilities”, “Building”, “Property”, etc. We have identified approximately 10 million potential Property Decision Makers in the US and we only provide mobile numbers for a majority of these individuals. Not every contact has a mobile number on record, but we provide mobile numbers when we can.


How accurate are the mobile phone numbers? Do mobile numbers have their own contact accuracy estimate as well?

For each contact, we will continue to indicate an accuracy “score” as is already in Atlas today. This statistic indicates our overall confidence in the accuracy of that contact. This accuracy score is influenced by how recently the data was confirmed, among other factors and applies to the entire contact data. The accuracy score is not specific to a phone number, address, or email address.

How often are the mobile numbers refreshed?

Mobile numbers are refreshed at the same frequency as other numbers within the Convex Data Lake. Mobile phone numbers rarely change, so we do not expect to see significant changes here in general for contacts.


Where can I find mobile numbers in the product?

Mobile number flags will be available in the contacts table view for properties and on the person search results if we can verify that we actually have the mobile number for the contact. To see the mobile number, like with other contact information, you can open the Contact Display Panel.

Paid subscribers of Atlas and customers of the Convex Intelligence Engine.

 

Can I add a mobile number for a contact?

In addition to offering mobile numbers when searching for a contact, we have also enhanced Atlas Contacts so that the contacts you choose to save to Atlas can have Direct, HQ, Mobile, and Home phone as well as multiple e-mail addresses.
