What do the contact accuracy scores mean?
Contact accuracy: Is how confident the algorithm is that the contact is reachable and still employed at the organization. Contacts are scored based on their predicted accuracy. A contact record with a score of 4 bars has a high likelihood (90%+) that the contact is at the company, and the email valid. Records with
3 bars (medium) shown have a likelihood between 80% and 89%;
2 bars (low) have a likelihood between 70% and 79%.
To provide a best-in-class experience, we do not provide contact information with a likelihood below 70%.
Should I even use low accuracy contacts?
Lower accuracy contacts are still between 70-79% accurate. The contact information you’re looking for may be in these lower accuracy levels which may still be reliable.
Can I filter or organize my contact results by accuracy score?
You cannot filter or sort contacts from the table view. However, you can decide whether or not you want to include lower accuracy contacts from the Atlas settings.
