FAQ | Atlas Company Search

What is being launched?  

On August 30th, 2023, customers can access Atlas Company Search. This new feature allows users to search for companies by desirable attributes such as industry, revenue, etc. Atlas will provide the user a list of companies and their locations that meet their search criteria. Users can learn more about these specific companies such as details about the broader company, information about the location, and contacts at the company & location. Company Search can be purchased to be included for any number of users in the organization starting in Sept.

How does this product support the Commercial Services Platform for Revenue Acceleration?

Company Search helps customers who search for prospects based on company attributes. Customers can use Company Search to qualify leads, identify the locations of their target account, and improve their sales team’s productivity.

Who has access to this feature in Atlas?

Company Search is available for purchase. Please contact your customer support or sales representative with questions.

Where can this feature be used in Atlas?

Users will be able to find this feature on the Navigation menu under the new tab called “Companies”

How is the feature used?

Under the Company Search tab, users select their target company criteria.  Upon entry, company results will appear. Each company result can be clicked open to show details. Users can learn more about their target company and find the right contacts on the page to call or email. The users can also see company site information on the PDP pages where they can view a list of sites along with Google business. 

What are the Company Search filters?

Users can find their target companies by selecting from the following search filters

• Location (state and county)
• Industry
• Company name
• Number of locations
• HQ employee count
• HQ revenue
• Check box - Show HQ sites only
• Check box - Show sites with contacts only

How is Company Search connected to the rest of Atlas functionality?

With Company Search, users have full flexibility on how they want to prospect. Company site information is now available throughout Atlas in Companies, Property Details Panel, and People (through PDP).

Are there additional functionalities coming to Company Search?

Yes. We will create Company Search with a map view. In addition to the table view, the users will be able to search for company sites in the map view and enjoy the similar property map search experience within Company Search. Users will be able to toggle back and forth between the table and the map view which allows them to prospect more easily.
