What are Convex Recommended Contacts?  

 

Convex Recommended Contacts is a data-driven approach to identify people most likely to accelerate commercial service sales. Convex Recommended Contacts are derived from a combination of machine learning and industry knowledge to help identify contacts at properties that matter most for your organization. We take into account the most meaningful job titles, data quality, and ways to connect, when recommending a contact.

 

This feature will evolve as we improve our machine learning models, gather feedback from users, and prioritize commercial services use cases in Atlas.

 

Why is Convex Recommended Contacts a Beta feature?  

 

This feature is Beta, because we are still refining the product. We are still training our machine learning models to identify the best commercial service buying personas for our users. During the Beta phase, a member of the Customer Success team can remove the feature for your organization or login, if needed.

 

How does this product support the Commercial Services Platform for Revenue Acceleration

 

Convex Recommended Contacts enables users to more efficiently target and engage with their ideal prospects.

 

Where can I find Convex Recommended Contacts?  

 

Users can find Convex Recommended Contacts at the beginning of any contact list view. Atlas shows recommended contacts first to help users quickly identify relevant buying personas.

 

How many Convex Recommended Contacts are there? Does the number vary?

 

Our model has recommended approximately 1 million total contacts across the United States. However, this number can vary by region or property.

 

I found a contact that I strongly believe should be Convex Recommended, how can I flag it as one?  

 

We encourage you to share your feedback with your Customer Success Manager or through a support ticket. 

 

We always prioritize decisions made by humans rather than machines, and will do our best to incorporate your feedback into our machine learning algorithm.



Can the Convex Recommended Contacts feature be turned off?

 

Yes, please contact your Customer Success Manager, if you would like to have this feature turned off for your Atlas account or for specific Atlas users.

 

How does the model recommend a contact? Can you give me an example?

 

The model recommends contacts based on their job title, data quality, and ways to connect. 

 

  • Contact A: Facility Manager, Highest Accuracy Score, and Mobile, Direct, Email on file
  • Contact B: Building Engineer, Highest Accuracy Score, and only Main phone on file

 

Contact A is more likely to be recommended than Contact B, because there are more ways to connect with Contact A. Although both contacts may accelerate your sales cycle, we encourage you to reach out to the contacts you want to target. We always prioritize decisions made by humans rather than machines: fortune favors the bold.
