What is being launched?
On March 16, 2023, Convex is delivering a new page to help users view, understand, and execute on their most important work in Atlas. This coincides with our new engagement features launch and puts focus on bringing all the vital information needed into a single location.
How does this product support the Commercial Services Platform for Revenue Acceleration
We are providing a central location to more efficiently engage their prospects and work through targets at scale.
Who has access to this feature in Atlas?
All users in Atlas will have access to this feature. Engage capabilities will be provided as part of our Engage Add-On package.
Expanding our Commercial Services Platform and delivering exceptional product experiences incurs operating costs. To continue providing the best experience for our customers, the Engage Add-On package (dialer with unlimited calls, e-mail, read receipts, & activity tracker) will be available at no cost for a limited time to select customers. Contact your Convex representative for more information.
Wasn’t there already a My Work section of the Dashboard?
The My Work section of the Dashboard currently remains in place, but it will be phased out over time. This new page is more focused on the specific user and the items they track during prospecting. It combines elements from other areas of Atlas (cards from boards, campaigns, property assignments) with new engagement capabilities (email and phone) into a single location with its own navigation called “Targets”.
Please note, any changes done in the My Work section of the dashboard will be preserved with no data lost.
What is available in Targets?
A user can view properties in a table format with abilities to conduct bulk activities:
- All properties assigned to the user
- Any stages for those properties
- Any campaigns those properties are assigned to
- Any contacts associated to those properties
- Any tasks assigned to those properties (through cards) and the due date
- Ability to directly engage with contacts
How is the list of properties in Targets determined?
Only properties that are assigned to the user will be displayed on the Targets page. Property assignment can be done from the property details panel or with bulk actions from the Dashboard > My Work view.
Can a user perform bulk operations on this new page?
Yes, a user can select any number of properties and use the following actions in bulk:
- Assign Status
- Assign to Campaign
- Change Property Stage
- Assign to a Rep
What actions can a user take on this page?
- Display the property details panel (PDP) by clicking on the address column
- Add or change the property stage
- Open the contact details panel (CDP) by clicking on the contact’s avatar
- If there are no contacts, clicking on the “Find Contacts” button will allow the user to search the property directory for contacts at the building
- Through the contact details panel, email the contact, call the contact, or view past history of engagement with that contact
- Open the property card and edit the current task by clicking on the status or due date columns
Does a user have to duplicate efforts on the new Targets page and the Dashboard My Work tab?
Both pages will continue to populate with data and all data will remain in sync.
